Questions
Frequently asked
Everything about the discount, documents, deposits and billing — in plain language.
- How can your discount be 15% when the operators advertise 10%?
- We buy plans in volume and pass most of that margin back to you. The service is identical to ordering directly — same network, same allowances, same operator support — you simply pay 15% less on the monthly rental.
- Which documents do I need to order?
- Your Emirates ID (front and back) plus one proof of income or address, such as a salary certificate, recent bank statement or utility bill. This is what UAE telecom rules require for postpaid registration.
- Do I pay a deposit or activation fee?
- No. There is no deposit, no activation fee and nothing to pay upfront. If the operator requires a deposit, we cover it. Your first invoice arrives after the line is active.
- When and how am I billed?
- Monthly in arrears, like any postpaid line. If your service starts mid-month the first invoice is prorated, then full months follow. You can pay by card or auto-debit.
- How long does delivery take?
- Usually within 48 hours across the UAE. You will get an SMS and email to confirm the delivery slot.
- Why does the courier need my original Emirates ID?
- SIM registration must be completed against the original ID, so the courier scans it at handover. Without that step the operator cannot activate the line.
- What happens to my uploaded documents?
- They are encrypted, used only for verification and registration, and deleted once your line is active. We never share them for marketing.
- Can I cancel early?
- Plans with a 12-month term carry the operator's standard early termination charge. Choose a Flexi or no-contract plan if you want to leave any time.
